• • As a Staff Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of one of Latin America’s largest real estate ecosystems, ensuring the Salesforce platform scales securely and efficiently to support millions of users across the housing journey.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable Salesforce architectures for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, enforcing architectural standards, leading complex solution design involving data models and integrations, reviewing technical designs, ensuring compliance with governor limits, and actively contributing to hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs, and automation tools like Flow.
• • You will operate within a world-class, remote-first technology team backed by investors such as Kaszek, Qualcomm, General Atlantic, and SoftBank, collaborating with product, business operations, and engineering teams while providing technical leadership to external consulting partners and mentoring internal developers.
