📋 Description

• As a GTM AI Engineer at Higgsfield AI Inc., you will own and evolve the AI-powered systems that drive the company's go-to-market engine, including HubSpot, Stripe, Ironclad, and emerging AI-native GTM tooling, directly impacting revenue operations and commercial efficiency.
• Day to day, you will design and build scalable workflows across lead management, customer acquisition, deal execution, contracting, onboarding, renewals, and revenue operations; build AI agents and automations that eliminate manual work; evaluate and implement new AI tools and workflow orchestration platforms; develop reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into pipeline, bookings, and revenue; and partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Leadership to ensure seamless data flow across the commercial stack.
• You will join a fast-moving, product-obsessed team at the intersection of AI, design, and engineering, where prototyping is aggressive, shipping is fast, and craft is deeply valued, all focused on building creative tools for the next generation of storytelling.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in AI-powered revenue operations, automation engineering, and GTM systems architecture, while building internal tools, copilots, and agents that increase productivity across commercial teams and positioning yourself at the forefront of AI applications in business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Solutions Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a similar systems-focused role.
• Experience building automations and integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Retool, or custom APIs.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tools and LLM workflows, including OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows, agents, copilots, or operational automations that improve business outcomes.
• Experience supporting billing, subscription, or revenue operations through Stripe or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, operational reporting, and business intelligence systems.
• Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, APIs, and data workflows.
