- • The Underwriting Operations Technician supports the Commercial Lines Inspection department by managing complex inspection-related tasks and ensuring high-quality processing standards.
- • The role serves as a key escalation point for the processing team, handling exceptions, resolving issues, and providing quality oversight.
- • Acts as a liaison between Underwriters, agents, inspection vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate completion of inspection requirements.
- • Handles administrative tasks, analyzes policy language, and engages with internal and external stakeholders to support underwriters in evaluating risks and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
