📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across the top of the funnel, including lead routing and distribution among GTM roles and processes.
• Own the systems that ensure data cleanliness and reliability to guarantee accurate downstream reporting and AI outputs.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy automation solutions that address root causes, not just symptoms.
• Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack — including Salesforce, lead routing, enrichment, and sequencing tools — with AI agents and workflows layered on top.
• Build internal tooling and lightweight applications that surface AI-driven insights directly within reps’ and managers’ existing workflows.
• Establish governance guardrails for safe AI use with revenue data, including permissioning, read/write boundaries, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Translate ambiguous requests like "we should automate this" into scoped, measurable, and maintainable systems with clear success metrics.
• Diagnose how leads enter and navigate the demand generation funnel, optimizing each stage for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure AI-driven systems are maintainable and trustworthy over clever but fragile solutions.
• Work closely with demand generation and sales teams to align automation initiatives with revenue goals and operational realities.
• Maintain and improve data models, automation rules, and permission structures within Salesforce and marketing databases.
• Prototype automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms or API integrations without waiting on engineering support.
• Monitor and refine AI workflows to ensure they remain effective as data patterns and business needs evolve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI insights into daily GTM operations without disrupting existing processes.
• Apply analytical rigor to pull, interrogate, and pressure-test pipeline data to validate assumptions and drive decisions.
• Ensure all AI and automation systems comply with internal data governance policies and security standards.
• Continuously improve the reliability and performance of the GTM tech stack through iterative system enhancements.
• Document automation logic, data flows, and system dependencies to enable knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, or a closely related function, with meaningful time supporting an enterprise sales motion.
• Hands-on Salesforce and Marketing Database expertise — ability to build, debug, and reason about data models, automation, and permissions, not just navigate the UI.
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping automations, including LLM- or AI-driven workflows (agents, prompt-based tooling, or AI features embedded in GTM systems).
• Strong analytical rigor: ability to pull and interrogate pipeline data, pressure-test conclusions, and communicate findings crisply.
• Comfort building — via no/low-code automation platforms or API integrations — sufficient to prototype without waiting on engineering.
• Bias toward systems that are maintainable and trustworthy over clever-but-fragile.
