- • As a GTM AI Strategist for Adaptive Planning at Workday, you will serve as a visionary bridge between technical AI teams and the C-Suite, transforming cutting-edge AI capabilities into tangible business value for customers and driving market differentiation for Workday’s AI-powered planning platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing GTM strategies for AI across planning products, acting as the AI Subject Matter Expert during sales cycles, collaborating with Solution Engineering to build AI-First demonstrations, orchestrating cross-functional efforts with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams, partnering with early-adopter customers to co-innovate, innovating on AI orchestration to automate multi-step planning workflows, proactively learning and applying LLMs and predictive modeling, and leading enablement efforts for Sales to effectively position the AI narrative.
- • You will join the Solution Engineering team within Workday’s Adaptive Planning business unit, sitting at the intersection of product innovation and revenue growth, where the team is responsible for bringing Workday’s AI capabilities to life, equipping field teams to win, and inspiring customers to innovate through strategic AI storytelling and demonstration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI strategy, influence product roadmaps through customer feedback, master the art of translating complex AI concepts into compelling executive narratives, and gain visibility across global GTM, Product, and Engineering leadership while shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise planning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in GTM Strategy, Solution Consulting, or Product Marketing, specifically within the SaaS EPM (Enterprise Performance Planning) or AI space
- • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Orchestration) and their practical application in business environments
- • A 'storyteller' mindset with the ability to make complex, technical AI concepts compelling to C-Suite executives
- • Proven ability to influence without authority across Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
- • Experience with Workday or similar enterprise planning ecosystems is a significant plus
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

- • Annualized base salary range of $147,400 USD - $221,200 USD for primary and additional US locations
