- • Build and maintain the authoritative source of truth for Profound’s product capabilities, functionality, and evolving features to ensure accurate, current, and actionable knowledge for GTM teams
- • Embed directly with Product and Engineering teams during feature development to document real-time changes, behaviors, and edge cases as new functionality ships
- • Translate complex technical product details into clear buyer value propositions, competitive differentiation, and positioning messaging tailored for sales and customer success audiences
- • Partner with sales leadership to design and deliver field-ready enablement materials including training programs, playbooks, demo scripts, and launch kits for new product releases
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering/Product and the GTM field, collecting and synthesizing feedback from sellers, customer success managers, and solutions engineers to inform product roadmap priorities
- • Own end-to-end product launch readiness across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Partners, ensuring every release has a documented enablement strategy before go-live
- • Design, maintain, and scale knowledge management systems to support a GTM team growing to 100+ hires, ensuring documentation remains accessible, consistent, and up-to-date
- • Equip account executives and solutions engineers to confidently demonstrate Profound’s differentiation in AI search and agentic workflows through tailored training and practice materials
- • Define, track, and report on field product fluency metrics including time-to-competency after new releases and accuracy of messaging across the GTM organization
- • Ensure all sales and customer-facing materials are aligned with product reality, eliminating misinformation and enhancing buyer trust in Profound’s positioning
- • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the product surface changes weekly, requiring agility, rapid learning, and iterative documentation practices
- • Operate from Profound’s Union Square, NYC office as an on-site role, collaborating daily with engineering, product, and GTM teams to maintain alignment and momentum
- • Contribute to shaping a scalable enablement function that evolves alongside a rapidly growing startup transitioning from early adoption to enterprise-scale GTM operations
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist role such as consulting, operations, product, marketing, or early-career GTM
- • Comfortable speaking with engineers and asking clarifying questions without needing deep technical expertise
- • Excellent written communicator who can transform complex systems into crisp, durable, and field-used documentation
- • Able to translate technical concepts into clear buyer value and actionable selling materials
- • Comfortable operating in unstructured environments and bringing order to ambiguity across multiple teams
- • Credible and collaborative partner to both engineering and sales stakeholders

- • Base salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 depending on experience
