📋 Description

• The GTM Enablement Lead will play a key role in building foundational processes and programs to enable OpenAI’s Go To Market teams to succeed in helping customers leverage and deploy AI products across their business.
• Day to day, the person will define sales enablement strategy by identifying gaps and prioritizing initiatives, partner with Product, Product Marketing, Adoption, Deployment, and other teams to build internal and external collateral, manage and automate information and collateral needed by GTM teams, and manage the regional Sales and Technical Success training calendar by running trainings on new process roll-outs, product launches, and other effectiveness programs.
• The GTM team at OpenAI consists of Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals working together to create valuable solutions that bring AI to as many users as possible, aligned with the mission to build safe artificial general intelligence that benefits all of humanity.
• In this role, the person will learn to build scalable enablement programs from scratch, gain deep exposure to AI products and their business applications, develop executive presence through cross-functional leadership, and achieve measurable impact by accelerating the onboarding, performance, and knowledge of customer-facing teams across a rapidly scaling organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building programs and initiatives from scratch to enable rapidly scaling GTM teams
• Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with experience presenting in front of large audiences
• A combination of technical depth and strategic thinking, with ability to translate day-to-day patterns into scalable solutions
• Understanding of the AI landscape, OpenAI’s applications, and the problems they solve for customers
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
