- • As a GTM Enablement Leader for EMEA at New Relic, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the go-to-market teams across Europe, Middle East, and Africa to achieve their sales and customer success objectives through strategic enablement initiatives. Your work will directly impact time-to-productivity, sales performance, and customer outcomes by designing and delivering targeted training and coaching programs.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with EMEA GTM leadership to identify enablement needs, design and deliver Sales New Hire Training programs, develop ongoing enablement content for Sales, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams, engage with senior leadership to align training with regional priorities, partner with Global Enablement on experiential learning initiatives, tailor training materials to specific GTM roles, and establish measurable training goals and performance benchmarks.
