📋 Description

• • As the first GTM Enablement - Outbound hire at ElevenLabs, you will build the playbooks, training, and ramp programs that scale an outbound motion responsible for nearly 50% of new business, directly impacting revenue growth and team performance.
• • Day to day, you will audit and refine outbound motions, design and deliver training for SDRs (with overlap for AEs and CSMs), own the SDR ramp process including defining 'Pipeline Ready' and progression tracks, and keep the team updated on product releases, AI tools, and outbound stack changes.
