- • As the first GTM Enablement - Outbound hire at ElevenLabs, you will build the playbooks, training, and ramp programs that scale an outbound motion responsible for nearly 50% of new business, directly impacting revenue growth and team performance.
- • Day to day, you will audit and refine outbound motions, design and deliver training for SDRs (with overlap for AEs and CSMs), own the SDR ramp process including defining 'Pipeline Ready' and progression tracks, and keep the team updated on product releases, AI tools, and outbound stack changes.
- • ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company with a $11B valuation, serving millions of users and thousands of businesses globally through its voice, creative, and API platforms, backed by top-tier investors and operating with high-velocity, AI-first principles.
- • In this role, you will learn to scale enablement functions in a fast-growing AI company, develop expertise in GTM strategy and sales productivity, and grow into a leadership position by driving measurable impact across global GTM teams.
