📋 Description
- • The GTM Enablement Program Manager at Limble CMMS, Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for equipping go-to-market teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to succeed in a competitive sales environment. This position directly impacts revenue generation by ensuring sales representatives are confident, competent, and ready to engage prospects effectively from day one.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Design and develop engaging, interactive training content such as playbooks, certification exams, and e-learning modules that translate complex product features into clear, persuasive sales narratives.
- • Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and new hire bootcamps, using strong presentation skills to drive engagement and knowledge retention across distributed teams.
- • Host role-play scenarios and coaching clinics focused on improving discovery techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies for outbound sales motions.
- • Own the enablement execution for product launches, creating concise one-pagers, talk tracks, and battle cards that help reps articulate value quickly and accurately.
- • Administer and optimize the enablement technology stack (including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong), ensuring tools are adopted effectively to enhance, not hinder, sales productivity.
- • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from reps and managers to assess training effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously iterate on programs based on performance data and market shifts.

- • The Enablement team operates as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and customer success, fostering alignment and ensuring consistent messaging across the customer journey.
- • What the person can learn or achieve in this role:
- • Develop deep expertise in sales enablement strategy, instructional design, and revenue performance analytics while working closely with senior GTM leadership.
- • Build a measurable impact on team ramp time, quota attainment, and sales productivity, positioning yourself as a key driver of organizational growth and effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Instructional Design.
- • Direct outbound sales experience as a former outbound BDR/SDR, AE, or outbound sales leader with a proven track record in prospecting and deal execution.
- • Specific experience designing and delivering enablement programs focused on outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, multi-channel sequencing, and lead qualification.
- • Superior presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
- • Strong creative content development skills, capable of turning technical or process-heavy information into compelling, accessible training materials.
- • Analytical mindset with interest in using data and performance metrics to measure enablement ROI and drive continuous improvement.
