- • The GTM Enablement Program Manager is the 'boots on the ground' for Limble CMMS's revenue engine, responsible for designing and delivering training that empowers go-to-market teams to master product knowledge and sales skills, directly impacting revenue performance and new hire ramp time.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing interactive training content such as playbooks, certification exams, and e-learning modules; leading live training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps; creating enablement assets for product launches; administering the enablement tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong); and gathering feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- • Limble CMMS is a remote-first company revolutionizing maintenance operations through a comprehensive CMMS platform that helps businesses optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence, serving the 'unsung heroes' who keep the world running.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in instructional design, sales enablement, and GTM strategy while building a measurable impact on team performance, with opportunities to shape learning programs, master enablement technologies, and advance your career in revenue enablement at a growing SaaS company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Instructional Design
- • Direct Outbound Experience: Proven track record as a former outbound sales leader or high-performing representative (e.g., Outbound BDR/SDR Manager, Outbound BDR, or AE)
- • Prospecting Enablement: Specific experience building and executing enablement programs focused on outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, multi-channel sequencing, and lead qualification
- • Superior Presentation & Facilitation: Advanced skills in commanding a room or a web-conferencing call to deliver impactful training
- • Creative Content Development: Ability to transform technical documentation or sales processes into compelling slide decks, videos, or playbooks
- • Analytical Mindset: An interest in using data and performance metrics to prove the success and ROI of enablement programs
