- • As the first GTM Enablement Program Manager for EMEA at Clay Labs Inc., you will build and scale enablement systems, content, training, and reinforcement programs that empower go-to-market teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to ramp faster, execute with confidence, and consistently drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue.
- • You will ensure Clay’s global go-to-market standards are effectively translated into the EMEA market by maintaining consistency in sales processes, onboarding, product enablement, and skill development while identifying opportunities for thoughtful localization based on local context, language, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- • You will join Clay’s Global Enablement team and partner closely with EMEA Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, ClayDR, Product Marketing, Product, and RevOps to build the foundation for a high-performing, globally consistent GTM organization.
- • In this role, you will reinforce onboarding and ever-boarding programs, build and facilitate workshops and certifications, partner with frontline managers to reinforce coaching habits, surface and scale best practices from top performers, and collaborate cross-functionally to equip teams for product launches and high-stakes customer interactions — all while gaining deep expertise in global enablement strategy, cross-cultural adaptation, and AI-enhanced learning systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in enablement, sales, or a related function, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- • Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks that improved adoption, retention, or expansion outcomes
- • Strong communicator and facilitator comfortable running workshops, certifications, and executive-level conversations
- • Experience building content and managing enablement systems such as Notion, Gong, or an LMS to centralize resources and measure adoption
- • AI fluency with comfort building workflows, integrations, and automations
- • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while bringing structure and clarity without slowing teams down
