- • As a GTM Engineer at Lorikeet Software Pty Ltd, you will own the systems that generate pipeline by blending engineering rigor with marketing execution to build AI-powered marketing infrastructure that drives scalable growth for a high-impact B2B SaaS company serving fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, and delivery services.
- • Day to day, you will design and operate AI agents for autonomous marketing workflows (lead enrichment, campaign personalization, content production, signal monitoring), build experimentation infrastructure for rapid testing of messaging and channels, run signal-based prospecting using Clay, Apollo, and similar tools to surface buying signals and route them to sales, own lifecycle marketing and ABM campaigns, manage paid media with rapid A/B testing, and run 4–6 marketing experiments per month with clear hypotheses and iteration cycles to systematize successful tactics into repeatable playbooks.
- • Lorikeet is a well-funded, early-stage company backed by over $50M from top-tier VCs including QED, Blackbird, and Square Peg, with support from industry leaders like ex-Stripe COO Claire Hughes Johnson and founders of Canva, Atlassian, and Airwallex. The company is transforming customer support through AI that resolves complex, high-volume tickets at scale for major telehealth, fintech, and marketplace clients handling over a million support tickets annually.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-powered GTM systems, modern growth engineering, and data-driven experimentation, enabling you to architect scalable marketing infrastructure that outperforms traditional teams, influence pipeline and revenue outcomes directly, and grow into a leader at the intersection of AI, marketing, and sales operations in a high-growth B2B environment.
