- • As a founding GTM Engineer at Oneleet Inc., you will be the singular architect and owner of our entire go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, data infrastructure, and attribution model. This is a pivotal role where you will define and build the critical connective tissue that links every system involved in our revenue generation process, from the initial customer touchpoint to a closed-won deal.
- • You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of data across a diverse set of tools including Clay, HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub), DreamData, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and CrazyEgg, as well as any future technologies we adopt. This position transcends a typical tool administration role; it demands a strategic blend of building, architecting, and strategizing.
- • Your core mission will involve designing and implementing experiments to optimize our GTM motion, connecting disparate platforms through robust API integrations and webhooks, establishing sophisticated attribution models to understand revenue drivers, and transforming complex, raw data into clear, actionable insights that empower our sales team and inform executive decision-making.
- • You will thrive in an environment where you can proactively identify disconnected systems and immediately conceptualize and implement solutions to integrate them seamlessly. If you have a proven track record of building intricate workflows, such as enriching leads in Clay, syncing them to HubSpot, triggering automated routing, and then meticulously measuring attribution in a BI tool, this role offers you complete ownership and significant strategic influence.
- • **TECH STACK OWNERSHIP & SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE**
- • Take full ownership of every tool within the GTM stack, acting as the lead architect responsible for defining how these systems connect, the direction and purpose of data flow, and the strategic rationale behind these decisions.
- • Evaluate, implement, configure, and maintain a suite of essential platforms, including but not limited to Clay, HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub), DreamData, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and CrazyEgg.
- • Develop custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware solutions, or bespoke code when native connectors are insufficient, ensuring a cohesive and functional tech ecosystem.
- • Design and establish the master data model, ensuring a single, reliable source of truth across all integrated systems to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- • Create comprehensive documentation for the GTM infrastructure, ensuring scalability and maintainability beyond your direct involvement.
- • **DATA, ATTRIBUTION & ANALYTICS INFRASTRUCTURE**
- • Design and implement a comprehensive UTM strategy and a multi-touch attribution model from the ground up, providing deep insights into marketing and sales effectiveness.
- • Configure DreamData specifically for B2B revenue attribution and meticulously set up Google Tag Manager with precise event tracking and data layer implementation to capture granular user interactions.
- • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards that provide executives with clear, concise visibility into the precise origins of pipeline and revenue.
- • Develop robust tracking infrastructure, including CrazyEgg heatmaps, GA4 events, and conversion tracking, to capture every meaningful user interaction across our digital touchpoints.
- • Own and manage data quality initiatives, develop sophisticated enrichment workflows, implement effective lead scoring models, and oversee the entire customer journey from initial anonymous visitor to a closed deal.
- • **EXPERIMENTATION & GROWTH ENABLEMENT**
- • Design and execute impactful experiments across the entire GTM funnel, including A/B testing landing pages, optimizing outbound sequence variations, refining lead routing logic, and adjusting scoring models.
- • Build the underlying infrastructure necessary to support rigorous experimentation, ensuring proper tracking, the establishment of clean control groups, and statistically valid measurement of results.
- • Leverage Clay to develop advanced enrichment and prospecting workflows, test novel data sources, and scale successful experiments into production-ready automations.
- • **STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT & REVENUE INTELLIGENCE**
- • Deliver enriched lead data, actionable buying signals, and critical account intelligence to empower the sales team with informed conversation starters.
- • Develop and present executive-level dashboards and reports that clearly delineate which channels, campaigns, and strategic motions are most effective in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- • Actively participate in revenue meetings, providing data-driven explanations of performance trends and offering strategic recommendations for future investment and optimization.
