  • • Higgsfield AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing synthetic media on social platforms, rapidly scaling to a $200M run-rate in revenue within its first nine months and securing a significant $130M Series A funding round. As we embark on our next phase of accelerated growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and innovative GTM Engineer to join our dynamic team.
  • • This is a unique, hybrid role that bridges the critical functions of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing the systems that drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, directly contributing to closing more revenue, faster. This position is ideal for an individual who possesses a seller's commercial acumen combined with an operator's systematic approach to building and automating processes.
  • • You will thrive in an environment that encourages tinkering, prototyping, and the continuous automation of workflows. A deep understanding of and commitment to Return on Investment (ROI) and tangible business outcomes is essential. The ideal candidate embraces ambiguity, excels in fast-moving startup settings, and proactively learns new tools through hands-on application rather than waiting for formal instruction.
  • • While a formal Computer Science degree is not a prerequisite, a strong sense of curiosity, sharp commercial instincts, and the ability to transform complex, often unstructured GTM challenges into scalable, efficient systems are paramount.
  • • Your core responsibilities will revolve around building and owning the GTM infrastructure. This includes the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of systems that underpin our GTM motions across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will architect and implement workflows designed to enhance lead enrichment, intelligent routing, targeted outreach campaigns, efficient deal progression, and strategic account expansion.
  • • A key objective will be to automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks, thereby liberating our revenue teams to dedicate their valuable time and energy to high-impact conversations and strategic client engagement.
  • • You will serve as a crucial Revenue Enablement partner, collaborating closely with Sales and GTM leadership. By deeply understanding the friction points and bottlenecks within our sales cycles, you will engineer targeted solutions that effectively unblock deal progression and accelerate sales velocity.
  • • This includes building and refining tooling that empowers sales representatives to qualify leads more rapidly, personalize their outreach and engagements more effectively, and ultimately, close deals with greater success.
  • • Embracing an experimental mindset, you will treat the GTM function itself as a product. This involves formulating hypotheses, rigorously testing new workflows, validating key signals, and iterating rapidly based on data and feedback. You will design and execute experiments across the entire customer lifecycle – from acquisition and conversion to expansion – with the goal of identifying and amplifying the activities that most significantly impact revenue generation.
  • • You will establish robust feedback loops, channeling insights from Sales teams and customer interactions back into the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in Data and Signal analysis. This involves pulling, transforming, and analyzing GTM data to uncover critical insights into funnel performance, deal velocity, and account growth patterns. You will assist in defining and meticulously tracking leading indicators that inform strategic prioritization and decision-making.
  • • You will also be responsible for building lightweight dashboards and internal tools that enhance the visibility and actionability of GTM performance metrics across the organization.
  • • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth in a high-octane environment.
