  • • The GTM Engineer at Sprinto Inc. is a strategic, high-ownership role focused on designing, building, and optimizing the company’s go-to-market (GTM) engine to drive sustainable revenue growth. Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, this role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, finance, and customer success, ensuring alignment across functions through data-informed processes, AI-enabled tools, and scalable workflows. As Sprinto scales globally with 3,000+ customers across 75+ countries and $31.8M in funding from top-tier investors like Accel and Blume Ventures, the GTM Engineer will play a pivotal role in transforming revenue strategy from concept to execution — moving beyond reporting to owning the operating model that fuels growth.
  • • Day to day, the GTM Engineer will: design and refine end-to-end GTM processes including lead routing, territory planning, quota setting, and sales motion optimization; build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that track key revenue metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement and optimize AI-driven tools for lead scoring, forecasting, and outreach automation; partner with Product and Customer Success to align on feature adoption, expansion motions, and churn reduction strategies; lead cross-functional workshops to define and standardize sales playbooks, objection handling, and pricing guidelines; continuously analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements; and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by translating complex data into actionable insights that influence resource allocation and strategic priorities.
