📋 Description

• As a GTM Engineer at Wealth.com, you will build and maintain the automation and integration layer that powers the company's revenue operations, directly enabling the sales and marketing teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.
• Day to day, you will build and maintain automated workflows across the GTM stack, handle Salesforce administration tasks, implement AI-assisted workflows using LLMs, and ensure data accuracy between systems through monitoring, enrichment, and reporting.
• You will join a collaborative, innovative team at a certified Great Place to Work (2024) and Fast Company finalist for Best Workplaces for Innovators, where your technical contributions directly impact revenue growth and operational excellence.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in modern GTM technology stacks, AI-assisted automation, Salesforce administration, and revenue data systems, positioning you as a trusted builder who ships reliable, measurable improvements to sales and marketing operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in a technical RevOps or sales systems role with direct ownership of Salesforce administration, workflow automation, or GTM integrations
• Salesforce proficiency including flows, reports, custom objects, and core admin tasks
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or working with LLM integrations
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and basic data transformation
• Detail-oriented with strong data instincts
• Background in B2B SaaS
