  • • Ushur is seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented GTM Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in building the critical execution layer that powers our revenue engine. This role sits at the strategic intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, acting as a key partner to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our demand generation programs are seamlessly integrated with pipeline conversion, Sales Development Representative (SDR) execution, and customer expansion outcomes, driving significant revenue growth.
  • • This is a hands-on, deeply technical role with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency. Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to GTM technical and revenue operations workflows, while the remaining 30% will focus on marketing enablement and supporting the buyer journey. You will be instrumental in optimizing our go-to-market strategies through innovative automation and data-driven insights.
  • • A core responsibility will be to build and maintain robust lead routing and sales automation workflows across key platforms such as HubSpot and Planhat. This includes refining SDR processes to significantly improve speed-to-lead metrics and ensure smooth, efficient pipeline handoffs between teams. Your work will directly impact the responsiveness and effectiveness of our sales funnel.
  • • You will be tasked with enhancing the overall CRM data hygiene and infrastructure. This involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of account and contact data, maintaining consistent lifecycle stages, standardizing pipeline definitions, and producing clean, reliable reporting that informs strategic decisions. High-quality data is foundational to our success.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves developing and deploying AI Agents and automated GTM plays. These intelligent systems will proactively trigger next-best actions across the entire customer funnel, from initial outreach and nurturing to expansion prompts. These plays will be meticulously aligned with specific buyer personas and our defined revenue motions, ensuring targeted and effective engagement.
  • • You will translate critical product usage signals into actionable revenue opportunities. By monitoring user behavior, such as hitting specific thresholds, inviting new team members, approaching usage limits, or exhibiting expansion-related activities, you will trigger automated GTM plays to capitalize on these moments.
  • • Developing and optimizing intent and account scoring models will be a key deliverable. You will leverage a variety of signals, including website engagement, content consumption, HubSpot activity, third-party intent data, and in-product expansion indicators, to accurately prioritize leads and accounts for the sales team.
  • • You will empower our SDR teams by enabling AI-assisted outreach personalization. This includes developing auto-generated, account-specific email snippets, creating persona-based playbooks, and implementing testing frameworks to continuously improve outbound conversion rates and effectiveness.
  • • Building comprehensive GTM analytics and forecasting dashboards is essential. You will track key metrics such as funnel conversion by stage, pipeline velocity, retention cohorts, and the ratio of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Lifetime Value (LTV) by segment, providing clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • • Driving experimentation across various GTM tactics, including routing, scoring, nurture campaigns, outbound personalization, and expansion-trigger programs, will be a continuous effort. You will establish tight feedback loops with the Growth Marketing team to iterate and optimize these initiatives.
  • • You will proactively identify gaps in existing GTM tactics and collateral across the buyer journey. Subsequently, you will coordinate the creation of new assets, such as interactive demos, persona-specific enablement materials, and stage-based content bundles, to effectively support our GTM motions.
  • • Finally, you will support sales enablement systems by implementing automation that allows sales representatives to quickly surface the most relevant case studies, proof points, and content tailored to specific deal stages and industries, enhancing their ability to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA.
  • • Proven ability to operationalize lead routing, scoring, pipeline workflows, and funnel performance reporting.
  • • Strong experience with Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot) workflows, lifecycle automation, and ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase, Rollworks).
  • • Experience with AI Agents for GTM and B2B growth marketing, supporting personalized, data-driven revenue acceleration.
