- • As a GTM Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, starting with direct ownership of new AI-driven projects that will define LiveFlow's Go-To-Market strategy for Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and other finance professionals. Your primary objective will be to strengthen demand generation across various channels and significantly automate key processes through the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into LiveFlow's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), understanding their needs, pain points, and how our platform delivers exceptional value. You will be instrumental in developing and refining our GTM and content strategies by creating comprehensive reports that extract actionable metrics and inform critical business decisions.
- • You will identify and spearhead key initiatives to drive our growth from zero to one, with the potential to expand your role into AI or other strategic domains. This involves forming data-driven hypotheses, conducting rigorous analysis, and delivering compelling, executive-level proposals that outline strategic directions and recommended actions.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve driving cross-functional efforts. You will collaborate closely with a broad range of teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, RevOps, and Product. Your contributions will be crucial in problem-solving, building new capabilities, and leading projects that directly fuel LiveFlow's overall growth trajectory.
- • We foster a culture of agility and continuous learning. You will need to stay adaptable and remain open to new opportunities, working directly under the guidance of our CEO and COO. This provides unparalleled exposure to high-level strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of strategic and analytical tasks, including but not limited to:
- • Developing a deep and nuanced understanding of LiveFlow's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including their business challenges, financial operations, and technology adoption patterns.
- • Designing and implementing robust reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Go-To-Market activities, content engagement, and AI initiative effectiveness.
- • Extracting actionable insights from data to inform and optimize GTM strategies, marketing campaigns, and content development efforts.
- • Identifying and prioritizing new growth opportunities, particularly those leveraging AI to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- • Formulating clear hypotheses for new initiatives, designing experiments to test them, and analyzing results to determine their viability and impact.
- • Preparing and presenting concise, data-backed proposals and recommendations to executive leadership, outlining strategic plans and expected outcomes.
- • Collaborating effectively with Sales to refine lead qualification and outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with GTM objectives.
- • Partnering with Customer Success to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer retention through proactive engagement and value realization.
- • Working with Business Development to explore strategic partnerships and channel opportunities that can accelerate market penetration.
- • Liaising with RevOps to ensure seamless data flow, process automation, and the effective utilization of our CRM and other sales/marketing tools.
- • Engaging with the Product team to provide market feedback, identify feature gaps, and contribute to the product roadmap based on customer needs and emerging trends.
- • Proactively researching and staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and search technologies, and evaluating their potential application within LiveFlow's ecosystem.
- • Experimenting with and implementing AI tools and techniques to automate workflows, enhance data analysis, and improve operational efficiency across GTM functions.
- • Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- • Contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the GTM team and the broader organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment such as investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or an early-stage startup.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- • Demonstrated familiarity with sales and marketing principles, or a strong aptitude for quickly learning and applying these concepts.
- • High degree of comfort with ambiguity, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to test, fail, and learn in pursuit of innovative solutions.
- • Strong interest in and proven ability to stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and search.
- • Prior hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as Clay, Claude, or ChatGPT for workflow automation and data analysis is highly desirable.
- • Practical experience in moving and integrating data across different systems using APIs and webhooks.
