- • Design and build AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) agents that automate deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring across the full sales cycle.
- • Translate business requirements from revenue teams into functional technical systems, bridging the gap between sales operations needs and technology execution.
- • Architect and maintain data infrastructure for GTM systems, including folder structures, file pipelines, and data feeds organized by sales manager and deal context.
- • Build and maintain integrations between core GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, and Gong to ensure seamless data flow and workflow automation.
- • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Ops to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve data quality.
- • Own the development of reusable AI skills and agents that enable non-technical team members to self-serve QBR generation, forecasting, and deal review without manual preparation.
- • Establish governance and access controls for GTM data, particularly within Salesforce, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance as connector usage expands.
- • Partner with the growing GTM engineering team to contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and repeatable build patterns for automation systems.
- • Operate in a fast-moving environment where roadmaps evolve rapidly and ownership spans multiple systems, requiring proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
- • Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and maintain thorough documentation of systems, processes, and changes.
- • Ensure all GTM automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with company-wide data and security policies.
- • Continuously refine AI agents based on user feedback and evolving sales workflows to maximize adoption and impact across revenue teams.
- • Support the integration of JunieAI, Juniper Square’s purpose-built AI platform, into GTM workflows to embed intelligence across sales operations.
- • Work across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England, collaborating with global teams in a digital-first hybrid environment.
- • Contribute to a culture of transparency, open debate, and high standards, where feedback is used to strengthen systems and team performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering
- • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks — shipped real AI-powered tools, not just experimented
- • Strong proficiency with Salesforce — data model, APIs, reporting, and permissions
- • Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms
- • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into working technical systems with minimal hand-holding
- • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving roadmaps and broad ownership
