- • Join Flagler Health, a rapidly expanding healthtech innovator, as a GTM Engineer and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing healthcare delivery. We are at the forefront of transforming how healthcare organizations manage patient care through cutting-edge AI-powered workflow automation, sophisticated remote patient engagement solutions, and comprehensive chronic care programs. Our impactful platform has already touched the lives of over 1.5 million patients, earning the trust of leading providers and payers who rely on us to significantly enhance operational efficiency, reduce healthcare expenditures, and ultimately drive superior patient outcomes. With a distinctive freemium business model and a landscape with minimal direct competition, Flagler Health is strategically positioned to seize a substantial share of the immense $4.5 trillion U.S. healthcare industry.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our internal tools and systems, leveraging the power of AI and advanced automation to propel our sales and marketing efforts to new heights. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, growth, and healthcare, directly contributing to our market expansion and success.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, to conceptualize, design, and execute high-impact growth experiments. This will involve exploring and implementing innovative strategies such as SEO/AEO hacking utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), sophisticated web scraping techniques to gather market intelligence, and AI-powered content automation to streamline our outreach and engagement efforts.
- • A key aspect of this role is the ability to take projects from their nascent stages (0→1) through to successful implementation. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to tackle challenges across a diverse range of surface areas and technology stacks, demonstrating adaptability and a broad engineering skillset.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing robust integrations between Flagler's core products, our essential business systems, and various third-party platforms. This will ensure seamless data flow, enhanced functionality, and a cohesive user experience across our entire ecosystem.
- • This position demands a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, aligning perfectly with Flagler's core values of persistence, ownership, and a drive for personal and professional growth. You will be encouraged to embrace challenges, learn continuously, and contribute to a culture that values speed, detail orientation, and constructive feedback. Your ability to 'Be Right, a lot' through meticulous attention to detail will be highly valued.
- • The ideal candidate is a hands-on software engineer with a proven track record in full-stack product development, coupled with practical experience in deploying and managing AI/LLM solutions in production environments. You should be comfortable navigating a wide array of technologies and problem domains, with a keen understanding of how to model data flows for optimal system efficiency and scalability.
- • This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact within a fast-growing, mission-driven company that is fundamentally changing the healthcare landscape. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to improving lives through technology and innovation. Your contributions will directly influence our growth trajectory and our ability to serve more patients and providers effectively. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, embraces ambiguity, and is eager to build the future of healthcare technology.
