  • • As a GTM Engineer at Valsoft Corporation, you will be instrumental in architecting and building the technical backbone of our revenue generation engine for Manos Software Group. This is a pivotal, hands-on role situated at the dynamic intersection of Sales, Marketing, Data, and Automation, where your expertise will directly shape our ability to drive scalable revenue growth across our operating companies.
  • • You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the critical infrastructure that powers our pipeline generation, customer lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and overall revenue intelligence. Your work will be foundational to improving pipeline velocity, enhancing conversion efficiency, and executing growth strategies with precision and scalability.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to own and meticulously optimize our CRM architecture, with a strong preference for HubSpot, ensuring it serves as a robust and efficient hub for all commercial activities. This includes defining and refining lifecycle stages, structuring our sales pipelines effectively, and establishing clear, actionable attribution logic that accurately reflects the impact of various GTM efforts.
  • • You will be a key builder of automated workflows designed to streamline and enhance critical processes such as lead routing, lead scoring, customer nurturing campaigns, and the progression of opportunities through their lifecycle. This automation will free up our commercial teams to focus on high-value activities and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • • Ensuring the integrity, cleanliness, and accuracy of our data is paramount. You will implement rigorous processes and checks to maintain data quality, enabling reliable reporting and insightful analysis. Furthermore, you will be tasked with documenting these scalable GTM systems and processes, creating a knowledge base that supports future growth and onboarding.
  • • In the realm of Automation & Infrastructure, you will be at the forefront of implementing sophisticated automation across our marketing and sales technology stack. This involves connecting disparate tools through APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms like Zapier/Make, ensuring seamless data flow and process execution.
  • • You will also build and maintain our outbound infrastructure, including managing domains, configuring sending systems, and optimizing sequencing tools to maximize reach and engagement. Managing enrichment and prospecting platforms will be crucial for ensuring our sales and marketing teams have access to high-quality, up-to-date prospect information.
  • • A significant focus will be placed on improving the deliverability and overall technical performance of our communication channels, ensuring our messages reach their intended audience effectively and reliably.
  • • For Data & Analytics, you will develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators such as pipeline health, funnel performance, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion metrics. This data-driven approach will be essential for informed decision-making.
  • • You will be responsible for developing sophisticated attribution models that accurately measure the impact and ROI of our various marketing and sales channels, allowing us to allocate resources more effectively.
  • • Analyzing the results of GTM experiments and providing structured, actionable insights to leadership will be a key contribution, driving continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • • You will also support forecasting efforts and revenue planning by providing accurate and timely data and analysis.
  • • In Growth & Experimentation, you will actively run and instrument outbound experiments, testing different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), segmentation strategies, and messaging approaches to identify what resonates best with our target audience.
  • • Identifying bottlenecks within our sales and marketing funnels and implementing systematic, data-driven improvements will be a continuous effort, aimed at maximizing efficiency at every stage.
  • • You will be tasked with the ongoing optimization of acquisition and conversion performance, leveraging data and experimentation to drive measurable results.
  • • Your Cross-Functional Impact will be significant. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance overall revenue efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will support the strategic expansion into new markets and the launch of new initiatives by providing the necessary GTM technical infrastructure and insights.
  • • Delivering structured reporting and strategic insights to leadership will be crucial for informing high-level decision-making and guiding the company's growth trajectory.
  • • Success within your first 90 days will involve implementing a clean, scalable CRM architecture, operationalizing automated lifecycle and routing workflows, establishing clear funnel and revenue dashboards, and initiating consistent GTM experiments. Within six months, you will be expected to demonstrate measurable improvements in pipeline velocity and conversion rates, provide clear attribution visibility across channels, have a fully optimized outbound and inbound infrastructure, and establish scalable systems that support sustained revenue growth.
