📋 Description
- • As a GTM Engineer at Taktile, you sit at the intersection of data, automation, and commercial strategy, designing and operating the systems that power the revenue engine and own metrics around increasing sales efficiency.
- • You will architect intelligent alert systems that notify sales teams of high-intent signals, build automated revenue systems using AI and data enrichment, create scalable GTM data pipelines pulling from intent sources into HubSpot, Clay, and Snowflake, and run end-to-end experiments to turn winning ideas into robust, repeatable systems.
- • Taktile is the Agentic Decision Platform for banks, insurers, and fintechs, combining AI agents, business rules, and human judgment to enable risk and compliance teams to design, automate, and improve high-stakes decisions with full visibility, backed by Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, translating technical details into commercial outcomes, and gain the opportunity to define and scale GTM engineering at a company transforming how financial institutions use AI agents in credit, fraud, and compliance workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and event flows across a modern B2B SaaS GTM stack
- • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Snowflake (or strong equivalents)
- • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, especially for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- • Engineering experience working with complex technologies, varied datasets, and building data-driven productivity solutions with AI
