- • Administer and integrate the full GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and other tools, owning end-to-end process workflows and data flows to enable scalable sales and marketing operations.
- • Design and implement analytical frameworks that connect marketing metrics to pipeline progression, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes, delivering real-time visibility into funnel health and forecast accuracy for leadership.
- • Build dashboards and reporting systems from scratch to track cohort performance, quota capacity, and sales velocity, ensuring data-driven decision-making across GTM functions.
- • Consult on forecasting methodologies, territory design, quota allocation, and customer segmentation to support rapid go-to-market expansion and optimize sales team coverage.
- • Design, launch, and operationalize sales enablement programs including onboarding, certification, and ongoing skill development using proven methodologies like MEDDPIC and Command of the Message.
- • Create and maintain sales-ready content such as battlecards, objection handlers, competitive briefs, and playbooks, ensuring a single source of truth for all GTM teams.
- • Leverage Gong to analyze sales calls, surface winning patterns, and identify coaching opportunities to improve rep performance and win rates.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, post-sales, and engineering to align messaging, product updates, and customer insights with GTM execution.
- • Identify gaps in the GTM tooling landscape, evaluate new vendors, and lead implementation of tools that enhance efficiency, data quality, and team productivity.
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs—from design and rollout to measurement and iteration—measuring impact on ramp time, productivity, and win rates.
- • Translate complex technical concepts and product capabilities into clear, actionable materials for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers selling to developer, DevOps, and infrastructure buyers.
- • Contribute to the evolution of GTM engineering as a discipline by building systems and processes from first principles, without reliance on legacy assumptions or templates.
- • Work directly with the Head of GTM, CEO, and senior engineering leadership to shape the future of Infisical’s revenue operations and enablement infrastructure.
- • Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, designing processes where none exist and driving alignment across teams without formal authority.
- • Maintain and evolve the operational backbone of Infisical’s GTM engine as the company scales from early-stage growth to enterprise-level revenue expansion.
- • Ensure all GTM systems and content are aligned with Infisical’s open-source and open-core commercial business model and technical product offerings.
- • Participate in periodic in-person team gatherings, off-sites, and conferences as part of a primarily remote organization with a strong presence in San Francisco.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in GTM/revenue/sales operations or enablement at a B2B SaaS company, with time at an early- or growth-stage startup.
- • Hands-on administration of a modern GTM stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools (Gong or equivalent).
- • Proven ability to build dashboards, forecasting cadence, and analytical frameworks from scratch, including funnel data, cohort analysis, and quota/capacity modeling.
- • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improve rep ramp time, productivity, or win rates.
- • Excellent written communication, ability to translate complex concepts into clear sales-ready content, and high ownership with comfort operating in ambiguity without an existing playbook.
- • Bonus: Experience selling to or enabling sellers for developer, DevOps, security, or infrastructure buyers.
