- • Build and execute outbound marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels using AI-powered tools and automation workflows.
- • Design and implement data pipelines to source, clean, and enrich lead data for marketing use cases.
- • Set up and manage no-code/low-code automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes.
- • Develop AI-personalized email sequences by prompting LLMs like Claude for structured output, classification, and agent-style workflows beyond basic chat interactions.
- • Create and optimize automated lead scoring systems to prioritize high-intent prospects based on behavioral and demographic data.
- • Run rapid experiments on new GTM channels and AI tools, measure campaign outcomes, and document actionable insights for scaling.
- • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
- • Extend automation capabilities by writing basic Python scripts or using APIs to connect tools when no-code solutions reach limitations.
- • Collaborate directly with the founder to design, test, and refine the company’s outbound growth engine in real time.
- • Maintain documentation of all workflows, automation logic, and campaign performance to ensure repeatability and team knowledge sharing.
- • Identify gaps in current GTM systems and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- • Operate independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned projects from ideation to execution.
- • Ensure all automated systems comply with platform terms of service (e.g., LinkedIn, email providers) to avoid account restrictions or deliverability issues.
- • Continuously explore emerging AI tooling and automation platforms to evaluate their applicability to CloudRaft’s growth objectives.
- • Translate marketing goals into technical workflows that integrate data sources, AI models, and communication channels into unified systems.
- • Use analytics to iteratively improve campaign performance, reducing cost per lead and increasing qualified pipeline velocity.
- • Deliver measurable outcomes: real, active sales pipelines generated through systems you build and maintain.
🎯 Requirements
- • Background in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- • Hands-on experience with tools like Claude or similar, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar
- • Comfortable writing basic Python or using APIs to connect tools when no-code falls short
- • Experience prompting LLMs beyond chat — think structured output, classification, or agent-style workflows
- • Understanding of outbound marketing and lead generation
- • Comfortable building with AI tools and workflows
