📋 Description

• • As a GTM Engineer, Marketing at Ironclad, you will design and deploy AI agents that automate marketing workflows end-to-end, directly accelerating pipeline, revenue, and company growth by replacing manual work with intelligent, autonomous systems.
• • You will build AI agents from scratch for content generation, campaign launches, audience segmentation, creative testing, paid channel optimization, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and sales enablement, integrating LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms like Workato, Zapier, and Clay into production-grade systems.
• • You will partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to understand needs, prioritize high-impact work, and own the full lifecycle from prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and iteration while collaborating with GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, and BizTech.
• • You will build self-improving, reusable agent infrastructure with evaluation loops, observability, and documentation so the marketing team can operate, trust, and self-serve on the systems you create, positioning yourself at the forefront of agentic AI innovation.
