GTM Engineer & Operations

📋 Description

• • As a GTM Engineer & Operations at Plaud AI INC., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s go-to-market engine by building and optimizing the full B2B GTM stack, enabling seamless integration between sales, marketing, support, and developer platform tools.
• • Day to day, you will set up and maintain CRM and automation systems (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, n8n), implement AI-driven lead routing and qualification, build AI inbound sales agents and Tier 1 support bots, create developer platform support infrastructure, and collaborate with data analytics to build dashboards tracking funnel performance and conversion metrics.
