📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) systems from scratch, including agents, automations, and workflows that help Lovable win deals, onboard customers faster, and scale.
• Own the full product-led growth (PLG) strategy for enterprise, from activation to expansion, building systems that run without manual intervention.
• Architect and scale the agent layer powering GTM, including outreach personalization and deal routing, and own the data infrastructure (product signals, enrichment pipelines, CRM sync) that makes GTM intelligent.
• Join a small, talent-dense team at Lovable Labs Inc., building a generation-defining company from Stockholm, where extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration are valued.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent depth demonstrated through professional experience building production AI systems.
• Proven track record leading a GTM engineering or growth engineering function at a high-growth SaaS company, with direct reports.
• Hands-on experience architecting and owning agent orchestration systems end-to-end, from framework selection to production deployment and iteration.
• Deep experience designing and owning data pipelines that feed GTM systems, including product usage signals, enrichment flows, and CRM sync.
• Hands-on PLG experience, especially designing and executing enterprise motions around activation, expansion, and usage-based conversion.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, and genuine obsession with the LLM stack.
• Deep experience with Lovable — having built real things in the product, not just played around.
