• • Abridge AI, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic GTM Finance & Strategy Lead to join our growing Finance & Strategy team. This pivotal role serves as a critical thought partner, blending financial acumen with strategic insight to drive key business metrics and shape the future of our commercial organization. You will be instrumental in enhancing the durability of our long-term performance by focusing on priorities and investments within our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.
• • As a key member of the Finance & Strategy team, you will act as the essential link between Finance leadership and our commercial partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of our revenue engine and top-line metrics, translating this knowledge into actionable insights and providing rigorous financial guidance to support critical business decisions.
• • You will own the definition, meticulous tracking, and insightful analysis of all commercial metrics. This includes ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are effectively aligned with and contribute to overarching company-wide objectives, providing a clear line of sight from commercial activities to strategic goals.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves serving as a trusted and indispensable partner to leaders across the commercial organization. You will be the central point of contact, fostering alignment and facilitating seamless collaboration between our GTM engine and the broader company strategy, ensuring that sales, marketing, and customer success efforts are harmonized with financial and strategic objectives.
• • You will be tasked with generating critical business insights by distilling complex data into clear, concise, and impactful outputs. This includes conducting thorough pipeline analysis, developing accurate revenue forecasts, and contributing to strategic pricing initiatives, all designed to empower executive decision-making and guide strategic direction.
• • In close collaboration with Finance Leaders, you will contribute to a range of high-level strategic initiatives. This includes the preparation of compelling board and investor presentations, in-depth market landscape mapping to identify opportunities and threats, and the development of executive reporting that clearly articulates business performance and strategic outlook.
• • Embracing innovation, you will play a key role in helping the finance team and the wider organization leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various functions. This includes exploring and implementing AI solutions for reporting automation, enhancing insight generation capabilities, and improving cross-functional partnership effectiveness, positioning Abridge at the forefront of AI adoption in finance.
• • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to tackle challenges that may not have immediate scalable solutions, and a commitment to finding and implementing processes that do scale.
• • You will be expected to develop and maintain internal credibility as the definitive source of truth for commercial reporting, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial data and analyses.
