• • As a LATAM Senior Software Engineer (React & .NET) at Praxent, you will play a critical role in modernizing financial services software by enhancing the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by the end of each sprint, directly impacting client success through reliable, high-quality software solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the team understands acceptance criteria, tracking daily progress, minimizing QA kickback, delivering assigned stories, identifying opportunities to increase team velocity, and acting as a technical interface between developers and client stakeholders during sprint planning to clarify requirements and prevent technical overload.
