Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • • As the GTM Lead Engineer at Fyxer Inc., you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing the core revenue engine that will propel the company towards its ambitious goal of $100M ARR. This is a unique opportunity to build a systematic Go-To-Market (GTM) function from the ground up, leveraging your expertise as a strategist, systems builder, and operator. You will essentially serve as the Chief Technology Officer for our GTM motion, defining and executing the technical strategy that underpins our revenue generation.
  • • Fyxer has achieved significant growth through inbound leads and product adoption, but the next phase of expansion requires a precision layer of systems, signals, and automation. Your role will be to engineer this high-frequency revenue machine, transforming our current fast-growing trajectory into a predictable and scalable success story.
  • • You will be responsible for designing and building our outbound infrastructure from scratch. This includes establishing robust email domains, ensuring optimal deliverability, selecting and integrating sending tools, configuring sophisticated CRM workflows, and developing comprehensive enrichment pipelines. You will have complete autonomy in making tooling decisions, allowing you to select the best-in-class solutions for our needs.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve engineering AI-powered prospecting workflows. This will encompass leveraging advanced tools for enrichment waterfalls, implementing intent signals, developing sophisticated lead scoring models, and enabling personalized outreach at scale. You will define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identify and segment target account lists, and ensure our prospecting efforts are highly targeted and effective.
  • • You will drive GTM automation across the entire sales and Customer Success (CS) motion. The objective is to eliminate manual tasks, allowing the team to focus on revenue-generating activities. This includes automating preparatory tasks, follow-up processes, and note-taking, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • A critical component of your contribution will be the development of a comprehensive signal layer. This layer will automatically surface key insights such as churn risk, expansion opportunities, and pipeline health. By building automated briefings and alerts, you will ensure that Sales and CS teams are always informed about where to focus their efforts, eliminating the need for manual report requests.
  • • You will own the strategic vision and architecture of the entire GTM technology stack. This involves critically evaluating existing tools, identifying redundancies, integrating missing functionalities, and transforming a collection of disparate tools into a cohesive and high-performing system.
  • • Success within the first six months will be measured by the establishment of a live outbound engine that demonstrably generates pipeline, the delivery of automated churn, expansion, and pipeline signals to Sales and CS teams, and the successful implementation of at least one AI-powered workflow that positively impacts a key revenue metric. Furthermore, you will be expected to design out the most significant manual pain points rather than simply delegating them, and to proactively set the strategic agenda for GTM technology.
  • • This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen and commercial understanding. You will connect data signals directly to tangible revenue outcomes, demonstrating a deep understanding of how technology drives business growth. Your systems-thinking approach will be crucial in identifying opportunities for automation and optimization across all GTM processes.
  • • You will be empowered to code or script automations and work with APIs independently, without requiring direct support from the core engineering team, showcasing a high degree of self-sufficiency and technical capability.
  • • This is an opportunity to join Fyxer at a foundational stage, contributing to a company on track to achieve $100M ARR by the end of 2026. You will experience unparalleled autonomy and ownership from day one, with the chance to take on senior responsibilities much earlier than typically possible in larger organizations.
