  • • Own commercial growth across strategic accounts by driving product adoption, increasing usage, and expanding contract value within Higgsfield AI’s existing customer base.
  • • Partner directly with customers already engaging with the platform to activate, retain, and expand relationships through usage-based expansion strategies.
  • • Identify and structure pilots, proofs of concept, renewals, and expansion opportunities based on customer product usage signals and workflow adoption.
  • • Lead customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business goals across creative, marketing, growth, and operational teams.
  • • Demo and iterate with customers directly in the product to translate AI/GenAI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the impact of Higgsfield’s synthetic media platform within their teams and operations.
  • • Translate customer usage data and behavioral insights into actionable revenue opportunities and account expansion plans.
  • • Help refine and scale Higgsfield’s enterprise GTM motion as the company grows from product-led growth to enterprise-scale revenue.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to surface customer feedback, product needs, and market trends.
  • • Bring operational rigor to account management, revenue forecasting, and usage-based tracking systems to support scalable growth.
  • • Work in a fast-moving startup environment with high autonomy, requiring comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
  • • Focus on AI-native, usage-based, or credit-based SaaS models where revenue growth is directly tied to product consumption, seats, credits, or workflow integration.
  • • Drive expansion within accounts by identifying new use cases, increasing team adoption, and converting power users into enterprise-level commitments.
  • • Communicate complex AI and GenAI product features to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • • Maintain a strong analytical mindset to leverage usage data, customer insights, and metrics to guide commercial decisions and prioritize expansion opportunities.
  • • Support the evolution of Higgsfield’s GTM strategy by contributing to playbook development, sales enablement, and customer success frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in GTM, account management, growth, customer success, enterprise sales, or solutions engineering roles
  • • Strong track record of growing customer contracts within SaaS, PLG, usage-based, or AI-native companies
  • • Experience at a PLG-first, API-first, or credit-based GenAI company strongly preferred
  • • Experience managing expansion motions tied to product usage, credits, seats, or workflow adoption
  • • Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • • Ability to communicate complex AI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • • Competitive base salary range of $145,000 - $165,000 depending on experience, skills, and location
