• • The GTM Operations Specialist at Truelogic plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring the smooth execution and progression of commercial opportunities from initial contact to closed deals. This role is essential for maintaining pipeline velocity, data integrity, and operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking and managing all active opportunities in the CRM, ensuring clear next steps and ownership; following up with inbound and outbound leads to maintain response times; coordinating candidate interviews between clients and internal talent teams; assisting in building proposals and deal artifacts by gathering inputs from internal departments; maintaining accurate CRM records as the gatekeeper for data integrity; and supporting newly closed clients to identify expansion opportunities.
