  • • Design and build the GTM sales engine for EMEA, ensuring seamless alignment between Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Community functions to scale regional growth
  • • Partner directly with EMEA leadership to define, drive, and analyze regional objectives including territory mapping, account planning, geographic expansion, and book carving
  • • Maintain and optimize the regional operating rhythm by leading business reviews, forecasting cycles, and pipeline management cadences while adapting global sales methodologies to local nuances
  • • Serve as the primary operational liaison between EMEA and AMER sales teams, providing hands-on support to unblock deals, answer compensation and deal-related questions, and ensure consistent execution
  • • Collaborate with the internal GTM Engineering team to prioritize, prototype, and deploy automations and tools that enhance sales efficiency in EMEA, including building solutions personally when needed
  • • Ensure global GTM playbooks and procedures are effectively embedded into EMEA operations while preserving room for regional innovation and adaptation
  • • Conduct quantitative analysis of sales performance metrics to uncover insights that drive actionable improvements in conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline health
  • • Enable sellers by resolving operational logjams, closing support tickets, and removing administrative friction so teams can focus on customer engagement and revenue generation
  • • Act as a bridge between Clay’s global growth strategy and local market dynamics, translating high-level initiatives into executable regional tactics
  • • Engage directly with Clay’s customer community and agency partners to incorporate best practices from the field into EMEA sales operations and GTM strategy
  • • Maintain alignment with global sales operations standards while championing local context in territory design, incentive structures, and customer segmentation
  • • Support the integration of AI-driven tools and signals into regional workflows, leveraging real-world examples to enhance sales accuracy and efficiency
  • • Drive adoption of Clay’s operating principles — including negative maintenance and non-attached action — within the EMEA GTM team to foster agility and reduce operational overhead
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional sales leaders, challenging assumptions, offering data-backed recommendations, and maintaining transparency by openly stating when answers are pending
  • • Build and maintain systems that scale with Clay’s hypergrowth trajectory, ensuring operational infrastructure keeps pace with rapid revenue expansion

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, and analysis, with at least 4 years in revenue operations at a hypergrowth AI or SaaS company
  • • Proven implementation of novel GTM strategies with measurable business impact, including reinventing playbooks from first principles
  • • Exceptional quantitative modeling skills and experience analyzing sales performance to drive action
  • • Executive presence with strong communication skills, ability to challenge assumptions, and comfort saying "I don't know yet!"
  • • Informed, practical experience using AI in sales or operational workflows with real-world examples
  • • Excitement to engage directly with customers and community to ground GTM strategies in real market insights
