• • As a GTM Recruiter at ElevenLabs, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for Go-to-Market roles, partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to hire exceptional talent that drives business forward in a fast-moving AI company.
• • Your day-to-day will include full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from early-stage hires to senior leaders, collaborating with sourcers to build strategic talent pipelines, designing candidate experiences across global time zones, and advising hiring teams with market insights and data-driven recommendations.
