- • As a GTM Recruiter at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s go-to-market teams by managing full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Customer Success positions during a period of rapid growth.
- • Day to day, you will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source and screen candidates via job boards, social platforms, and referrals, provide timely feedback, manage a slate of 10–12 requisitions, and ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from outreach to offer.
- • You will join a sharp, motivated, and mission-driven talent team at Harvey AI, a company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, serving 1000+ customers across 60+ countries with strong product-market fit and world-class investor backing.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in high-volume, high-velocity recruiting for GTM functions, refine recruiting workflows, contribute to operational scalability, and grow your impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment where ownership and excellence are valued.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- • Experience working on GTM roles (Sales and Customer Success)
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple open roles and tasks
- • Familiarity with recruiting metrics, and a willingness to learn and apply data to improve outcomes
