  • • As a GTM Recruiter at Oscilar Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market talent engine by architecting and executing hiring strategies across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions, and Revenue Operations. This role is central to Oscilar’s growth, directly supporting its mission to build the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform that protects banks, fintechs, and digital organizations from fraud, credit, and compliance risks.
  • • You will own the full lifecycle of recruiting for GTM functions, from sourcing and engaging top-tier talent to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, while partnering closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, refine role definitions, and ensure alignment with Oscilar’s high-impact, high-autonomy culture.
  • • Oscilar’s team comprises industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, united by a shared mission to make the digital world safer through innovative AI-driven risk solutions. You’ll join a remote-first, ownership-driven environment where your work directly shapes how modern finance detects and manages risk at scale.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GTM talent markets, master advanced sourcing techniques, and become a trusted advisor on compensation benchmarks, market dynamics, and hiring strategy—gaining strategic influence and visibility with executive leaders while building scalable systems that support Oscilar’s rapid growth.
  • • You will proactively source enterprise-level sales and technical GTM talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and creative outreach, moving beyond inbound applicants to map talent ecosystems and engage passive candidates with compelling narratives about Oscilar’s product, mission, and trajectory.
  • • You will design and maintain repeatable sourcing sequences, interview processes, and evaluation frameworks that ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency, while continuously analyzing pipeline metrics such as conversion rates, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance to optimize recruiting performance.
  • • You will serve as the primary ambassador for Oscilar in talent markets, articulating the company’s value proposition with clarity and conviction to candidates, networks, and stakeholders, reinforcing its reputation as an innovative leader in AI risk decisioning.
  • • You will partner with GTM leaders to anticipate hiring demand, calibrate competency models, and advise on competitive positioning, ensuring that Oscilar attracts not just skilled individuals, but those who embody its culture of extreme ownership, innovation, and mission-driven impact.
  • • You will guide candidates through every stage of the hiring journey—from initial outreach to offer and onboarding—with transparency, urgency, and integrity, ensuring a seamless, respectful, and engaging experience that reflects Oscilar’s values.
  • • You will operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, taking initiative to solve problems, prioritize effectively, and drive results without waiting for direction, embodying the ownership mindset that defines Oscilar’s culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM or commercial roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments
  • • Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing enterprise-level sales and technical GTM talent
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive-level candidates
  • • Advanced sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
  • • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-growth environments with shifting priorities
  • • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and performance indicators
