📋 Description

• As a GTM Recruiter at ElevenLabs, you will play a critical role in scaling one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies by hiring top-tier talent for the Revenue organization, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale its AI voice and creative platforms globally.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include running full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles such as Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Revenue Partnerships, partnering with GTM leadership to refine hiring strategies, designing efficient and high-touch candidate pipelines, providing data-driven insights to hiring teams, and representing ElevenLabs’ brand and values in every candidate interaction.
• You will join a high-velocity, AI-first culture at ElevenLabs, where impact outweighs job titles, teams operate with autonomy and minimal bureaucracy, and excellence is expected across all functions—from engineering to growth to operations.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling recruiting processes for high-growth tech environments, sharpen your ability to partner with revenue leaders using data and operational rigor, and contribute to building hiring systems that support rapid, quality-driven expansion across North America and global markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience for a high growth startup, with a strong track record closing quota-carrying roles across Sales roles
• Ability to manage high volume and complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
• Strong partnership skills with hiring leaders — influencing with clarity, data, and operational rigor
• Exceptional communication skills — crafting compelling role narratives and delivering a high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders
• Preference for candidates based in New York City (role is remote-first with NYC strongly preferred)
