📋 Description

• As GTM Recruiter at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market (GTM) talent by partnering directly with founders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top-tier professionals who will drive revenue, customer adoption, and market expansion for an AI infrastructure platform powering autonomous enterprise operations.
• You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding — ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects HappyRobot’s operating principles of extreme ownership, craftsmanship, and urgency with focus, while building scalable systems to support rapid hiring growth.
• You will collaborate closely with leadership to define role requirements, design tailored scorecards, and iterate on sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, events, referrals, and niche talent communities to build strong, diverse pipelines of high-potential candidates for sales, customer success, marketing, and business development functions.
• You will champion HappyRobot’s employer brand by crafting compelling narratives around the company’s mission, technology, and culture — highlighting its Y Combinator S23 roots, a16z and Base10 backing, and real-world impact in logistics and enterprise AI — to attract mission-driven talent excited about building the future of autonomous workforces.
• You will develop and refine recruiting processes, tools, and reporting metrics to enable data-informed hiring decisions, improve time-to-fill, and increase offer acceptance rates, creating a repeatable, scalable recruitment engine that supports the company’s aggressive growth trajectory.
• You will operate with significant autonomy and ownership, making strategic decisions about sourcing channels, interview workflows, and candidate engagement tactics, while embodying HappyRobot’s core values of meritocracy, first-principles thinking, and talent density — ensuring every hire raises the bar for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, preferably within high-growth technology startups or AI-focused organizations
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier GTM talent (sales, customer success, marketing, business development) with minimal oversight
• Strong expertise in building talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, events, referrals, and niche communities
• Excellent communication, judgment, and closing skills — able to articulate HappyRobot’s vision and assess candidate fit with precision
• Deep interest in AI, technology, and early-stage team building; organized, fast-moving, and passionate about making hiring a strategic advantage
