- • Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles across EMEA, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Commercial & Enterprise Field Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Partnerships & Alliances, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- • Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring strategies and develop ideal candidate profiles for critical commercial functions.
- • Build proactive talent pipelines across key EMEA markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, employee referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
- • Drive outbound recruitment efforts to attract passive candidates in highly competitive technology markets.
- • Deliver a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and closing.
- • Advise leadership on regional talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices specific to EMEA.
- • Improve recruiting operations by optimizing interview processes, reducing time-to-hire, and increasing hiring efficiency.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and leadership teams to support international hiring and organizational scaling.
- • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance CodeRabbit’s talent attraction and reputation in EMEA technology markets.
- • Source and hire for SaaS, developer tools, AI, and high-growth technology companies within the GTM function.
- • Utilize ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever to manage pipelines and track hiring metrics.
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving hiring needs across multiple countries.
- • Maintain deep understanding of regional hiring dynamics, labor laws, and cultural nuances across EMEA markets.
- • Translate business objectives into targeted recruitment plans that align with CodeRabbit’s mission of building human-machine collaboration systems for code review.
- • Ensure all hiring activities support the scaling of CodeRabbit’s commercial organization internationally with operational rigor and strategic foresight.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring GTM talent
- • Experience recruiting across EMEA markets and understanding regional hiring dynamics
- • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets
- • Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- • Experience recruiting for SaaS, developer tools, AI, or high-growth technology companies strongly preferred
