- • Audit Reflow’s current GTM stack including Attio CRM, outbound tools, and internal workflows to identify gaps, broken integrations, and inefficiencies
- • Connect and configure tools to ensure seamless data flow between CRM, outbound automation, and reporting layers
- • Build and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Metabase, or similar) to provide leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline health, experiment results, and sales rep activity
- • Design and implement automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n to reduce manual work such as lead routing, status updates, and Slack alerts
- • Document all configured systems, workflows, and processes with clear, maintainable, and self-explanatory documentation for team adoption
- • Identify and flag data quality issues including inconsistent field usage, missing values, or misaligned lifecycle stages
- • Define and recommend standardized naming conventions, field structures, and CRM lifecycle stages to improve data integrity across teams
- • Work independently with minimal context, proactively asking clarifying questions to ensure accurate implementation
- • Deliver clean, scalable solutions that can be maintained by the team post-handoff without ongoing support
- • Bring prior experience from multiple startups, applying knowledge of common GTM Ops failure modes to prevent recurrence
- • Ensure all systems are optimized for scalability as Reflow’s revenue operations grow
- • Maintain a focus on reducing manual reporting and data pulls by embedding automation and visibility into core workflows
- • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align tooling with operational needs
- • Deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines typical of fast-moving startup environments
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops — ideally at a B2B or Enterprise startup
- • Comfortable with Attio (or comparable CRMs like HubSpot/Salesforce) at an admin level
- • Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or similar
- • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- • Proven track record of delivering similar RevOps infrastructure work for multiple companies — not learning on the job
- • Ability to write clean, maintainable documentation without being prompted
