GTM Salesforce Data Quality & Enrichment Lead

📋 Description

• • As the GTM Salesforce Data Quality & Enrichment Lead at Vanta, you will own the strategy, governance, and operations of all data across the Salesforce platform and GTM systems, ensuring revenue teams have access to accurate, enriched, and actionable data that drives business outcomes. This role is critical to maintaining Salesforce as the single source of truth and enabling seamless data movement across the tech stack to support go-to-market success.
• • You will serve as the technical owner of all GTM data—from acquisition through enrichment to lifecycle management—partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Data Engineering teams to establish data as a strategic asset for Vanta’s GTM motion.
• • Day to day, you will own the strategy and operations for all GTM data in Salesforce, including contacts, accounts, opportunities, and product data, ensuring data integrity and usability across revenue teams.
• • You will develop and execute the enrichment strategy, determining what data to enrich, when, and through which vendors such as ZoomInfo and Clearbit, while managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, optimization, and budget allocation.
• • You will provide front-line data support to end users (SDRs, AEs, CSMs), troubleshooting data issues and ensuring teams understand how to effectively use data in their daily workflows.
• • You will establish and maintain data quality standards including integrity checks, accuracy validation, and deduplication strategy, while owning data movement architecture—managing how data flows into Salesforce, out to other GTM systems, and into the data warehouse.
• • You will implement observability and monitoring frameworks to track data health, quality metrics, and system performance, using SQL/SOQL to analyze data quality issues, validate transformations, and coordinate cross-functionally with Data Engineering and GTM Systems teams.
• • You will define and execute net new data acquisition strategy, including sourcing decisions, timing, budget allocation, and vendor selection, while understanding data usage patterns across teams, establishing purging policies, and monitoring signals that indicate data lifecycle needs.
