- • Own the unit economics for Harvey’s GTM organization, including CAC, payback period, magic number, net revenue retention, and contribution margin by segment and sales motion.
- • Plan and model sales capacity by determining optimal number of sales reps, geographic allocation, ramp timelines, and quota assignments aligned with revenue targets.
- • Own and maintain the comprehensive GTM financial model covering bookings, ARR, sales capacity planning, and quota design to support strategic decision-making.
- • Lead the annual and quarterly GTM planning and budgeting processes, ensuring optimal investment allocation across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to achieve top-line goals.
- • Serve as the financial lead for deal structuring and pricing decisions, including evaluation and approval of non-standard commercial terms and contract terms.
- • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the entire revenue funnel—from pipeline generation to customer retention—and translate insights into actionable recommendations for GTM and executive leadership.
- • Design and deliver a monthly/quarterly GTM reporting package for the executive team and Board, including key metrics on pipeline health, bookings performance, and customer retention.
- • Drive continuous improvement of GTM financial processes and tooling, with a focus on enhancing CRM data integrity, improving forecasting accuracy, and automating manual reporting workflows.
- • Partner closely with the Chief Business Officer and GTM leadership to align financial strategy with commercial execution and growth objectives.
- • Act as the primary financial advisor to the GTM organization, providing data-driven insights that inform hiring, territory design, incentive structures, and go-to-market strategy.
- • Ensure financial models reflect the nuances of SaaS and usage-based business models, including multi-year contracts, consumption-based pricing, and expansion revenue dynamics.
- • Maintain rigorous analytical standards while communicating complex financial concepts in clear, plain language to non-finance stakeholders.
- • Build and refine systems for tracking sales productivity, customer economics, and channel performance to enable scalable, repeatable growth.
- • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Data teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across reporting platforms and CRM systems.
- • Champion a builder’s mindset by designing new financial frameworks and processes from first principles, rather than relying on legacy models.
- • Operate with a bias for action, turning analysis into timely decisions that directly impact revenue outcomes and organizational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Sales Finance at a high-growth, scaled enterprise software company
- • Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models, including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and sales productivity metrics
- • Proven ability to build and own financial models from first principles with a builder’s mindset
- • Comfortable pulling and analyzing data using SQL or BI tools
- • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence senior GTM leaders
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred
