- • Own the unit economics for Harvey’s GTM organization, including CAC, payback period, magic number, net revenue retention, and contribution margin by segment and sales motion.
- • Plan and optimize sales capacity by partnering with GTM leadership to determine optimal rep count, geographic allocation, ramp timelines, and quota assignments.
- • Own and maintain the end-to-end GTM financial model covering bookings, ARR, sales capacity planning, and quota design to support revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
- • Lead the annual and quarterly GTM planning and budgeting processes, ensuring aligned investment across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to meet top-line targets.
- • Serve as the financial lead for deal structuring and pricing decisions, including evaluation and approval of non-standard commercial terms and contract terms.
- • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the entire revenue funnel—from pipeline generation to customer retention—and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM and executive leadership.
- • Design and deliver a monthly and quarterly GTM reporting package for the executive team and Board, including key metrics on pipeline health, bookings performance, and customer retention.
- • Drive continuous improvement of GTM financial processes and tooling, with a focus on enhancing CRM data integrity, improving forecasting accuracy, and automating manual reporting workflows.
- • Partner closely with the VP of Strategic Finance, Chief Business Officer, and GTM leadership to align financial strategy with commercial execution.
- • Apply first-principles thinking to build financial models from scratch, challenge assumptions, and ensure all inputs are rigorously validated.
- • Communicate financial insights in plain language to non-finance stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- • Maintain deep expertise in SaaS and usage-based business models, including ARR, NRR, LTV, CAC, and sales productivity metrics.
- • Leverage SQL or BI tools independently to extract, analyze, and visualize data without reliance on engineering or data teams.
- • Build scalable systems and processes that reduce friction, increase transparency, and support Harvey’s rapid scaling across 60+ countries.
- • Operate with a builder’s mindset, focusing on outcomes over tasks, and driving initiatives to completion with ownership and urgency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Sales Finance at a high-growth, scaled enterprise software company
- • Deep expertise in SaaS financial metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and sales productivity indicators
- • Proven ability to build and maintain complex GTM financial models from first principles
- • Proficiency in SQL or BI tools to independently pull and analyze data
- • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence senior GTM leaders
- • Builder mindset with strong process and systems orientation
