đź“‹ Description
- • The GTM Strategy Manager at Scribe is a senior individual contributor role that bridges strategic go-to-market planning with hands-on AI-powered execution, ensuring revenue teams operate with data-driven precision and scalable automation.
- • This role matters because it alleviates the burden on overburdened GTM managers by owning the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI agents and workflows that execute on strategic insights, turning analysis into action.
- • Day to day, you will analyze GTM performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to surface trends, flag anomalies, and deliver opinionated, data-backed recommendations to the revenue org.
- • You will own the design and maintenance of AI-enabled agentic workflows, including building and iterating on structured agent universes with clear roadmaps and governance.
- • You will leverage AI tools like Claude, OpenAI, and Dust to surface insights, recommend strategic moves, and automate processes in research, personalization, signal detection, and lead scoring.
- • You will design and refine measurement frameworks that connect outbound activity to pipeline and ARR, ensuring every GTM play is trackable, attributable, and tied to business outcomes.
- • You will own Clay as a platform, leading enrichment strategy, managing credit ROI, scaling playbooks, and driving best practices in data hygiene and targeting precision across the GTM org.
- • You will drive agent activation within Dust by building workflows, knowledge bases, and automations that make the revenue team faster, more consistent, and better informed.
- • You will partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic planning, audience design, territory modeling, and performance reviews to align execution with company goals.
- • You will continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI-native GTM tools to push Scribe’s capabilities forward, acting as an innovator and advocate for AI-driven transformation.
- • You will rebuild and refine Scribe’s territory model with clear ICP segmentation, scoring logic, and audience design to create a defensible, scalable account universe.
- • You will scale and iterate on signal-driven outbound automation to create a repeatable AI- and data-driven engine that consistently feeds the sales team with high-quality activity.
- • You will elevate enrichment quality by improving data accuracy, providing clear credit ROI visibility by workbook, and embedding best practices across the team.
- • You will activate AI in day-to-day GTM workflows, serving as a steward of AI adoption and ensuring meaningful integration into revenue operations.
- • You will deliver strategic recommendations that move the needle — not just reporting on performance, but changing how the revenue team operates through process, tooling, and behavior shifts.
- • You will work on a high-impact, fast-moving team where ambiguity is expected, and self-direction is rewarded — you identify gaps and build solutions without waiting for direction.
- • You will collaborate with some of the smartest and most mission-driven teammates in a culture that values ownership, rapid learning, and making users heroes.
- • You will grow your expertise at the forefront of AI-enabled GTM, gaining rare experience in blending consulting-grade strategy with production-grade AI tooling in a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Finance, or equivalent roles with a proven ability to drive GTM strategy and execution.
- • Hands-on experience with Clay, including building tables, managing enrichment strategy, optimizing credit efficiency, and translating data into targeting logic.
- • Fluency with AI-native GTM tools such as Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, Dust, or equivalent — able to self-serve and build workflows without reliance on others.
- • Strong data interpretation skills — ability to analyze funnel data, identify anomalies, and tell a clear story about what the numbers mean for business outcomes.
- • Consultant’s mindset: structured thinking, bias toward recommendation over observation, and ability to diagnose GTM problems with clarity and impact.
- • Self-directed, high-output orientation — comfortable working in ambiguity, identifying gaps, and building from scratch without needing explicit direction.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary range of $150,000 – $175,000 for San Francisco-based candidates, plus equity participation in a high-growth, venture-backed company.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees and their dependents.
- • Flexible paid time off, company holidays, and paid parental leave to support work-life balance and family growth.
- • Access to a 401(k) retirement plan to support long-term financial planning.
- • Daily catered lunches for SF-based office employees and commuter benefits to ease travel to headquarters.
- • Home office stipend to support hybrid or remote work setups, ensuring you have the tools to succeed wherever you work.
