- • As GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, Data & Territory Operations at Zip, you will own the central nervous system of the company's revenue engine by managing the account universe, data infrastructure, and territory structure that powers sales planning and go-to-market strategy.
- • You will own Zip's account data infrastructure, lead the annual account data refresh, manage enrichment vendor relationships, drive segmentation planning, own territory carving methodology, build GTM analytics, champion AI and automation, and partner cross-functionally on routing and holdover policies.
- • You will work within Zip's GTM Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, collaborating with sales VPs, segment leaders, and embedded GTM Ops leads to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment across the revenue organization.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS revenue operations, build scalable data and territory processes from scratch, gain credibility with senior stakeholders, and drive innovation through AI-assisted automation and process optimization.
