📋 Description

  • As a GTM Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst at Legora, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and refining the company’s revenue operating model, directly contributing to predictable, measurable, and sustainable growth in a high-impact legal tech environment.
  • You will sit at the critical intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring alignment across go-to-market functions through data-driven forecasting, performance analysis, and process optimization.
  • Your work will empower leadership with accurate insights to make strategic decisions on hiring, investment, segmentation, and territory planning, directly influencing Legora’s ability to scale rapidly while maintaining operational discipline.
  • Day to day, you will support weekly and monthly forecasting processes, continuously improving forecast accuracy through rigorous variance analysis and root-cause investigation.
  • You will build and maintain pipeline coverage and capacity models that reflect real-time sales capacity and quota attainment potential, enabling proactive resource allocation.
  • Partnering closely with Sales and Finance, you will contribute to quarterly and annual planning cycles, translating business goals into actionable revenue plans and assumptions.
  • You will prepare and refine materials for board and executive reporting, ensuring clarity, consistency, and actionable insight in high-stakes presentations.
  • In revenue performance analysis, you will analyze pipeline health, win rates, sales cycle length, and ACV trends across segments and regions to uncover performance drivers and risks.
  • You will develop and refine KPI frameworks that connect front-line activities (e.g., outreach, meetings, demos) to downstream outcomes, enabling better coaching and incentive design.
  • Your insights will inform critical decisions around hiring plans, market segmentation, pricing strategy, and investment in GTM initiatives.
  • In data and process design, you will help design scalable opportunity and pipeline management processes that ensure consistency and data integrity across the revenue engine.
  • You will work to standardize core revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, etc.) so they are clearly defined, reliably measured, and universally understood.
  • You will improve data quality and reporting reliability by identifying gaps in CRM hygiene and collaborating with GTM Systems to enforce clean data structures.
  • You will partner with GTM Systems to translate business requirements into efficient Salesforce workflows, reducing manual reporting and increasing trust in automated insights.
  • You will support strategic projects including territory and quota modeling, ensuring fair and motivating compensation plans aligned with market potential.
  • You will analyze the ROI of GTM initiatives (e.g., campaigns, tools, headcount) to guide investment prioritization.
  • You will evaluate pricing and discounting trends to ensure revenue integrity and margin health.
  • You will contribute to cross-functional revenue improvement initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges strategy and execution.
  • Legora is a mission-driven AI-native legal tech company trusted by global law firms in over 40 countries, known for its rapid iteration, deep customer collaboration, and commitment to building technology that truly understands legal workflows.
  • The company operates with a high-performance, inclusive culture where ownership, intellectual curiosity, and bias for action are valued — you’ll join a team that believes ‘good enough’ isn’t good enough and wins by empowering lawyers to do their best work.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS revenue operations, strategic forecasting, and GTM analytics — skills that are highly transferable and in demand across high-growth tech companies.
  • You will gain exposure to senior leadership and board-level reporting, accelerating your strategic influence and visibility.
  • You will sharpen your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business narratives — a critical skill for future roles in strategy, finance, or operations leadership.
