- ⢠The GTM Support Specialist role supports the sales organization through Sales Enablement and Change Management Services by providing fast and reliable access to knowledge on sales processes, programs, and productivity tools, assisting with day-to-day questions and issue resolution, and delivering training and learning content.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a key contact for Sales to resolve issues from daily work, responding to internal inquiries about business systems and operations, providing onboarding support for new Sales hires, supporting procurement setup questions, delivering presentations to various audiences, driving tool adoption, acting as a change agent during organizational transitions, collaborating with stakeholders to improve business systems, and managing information from multiple work streams to integrate key details into standard processes.
- ⢠The role is part of Autodeskās GTM (Go-to-Market) support function, working closely with sales teams, solution providers, and customers to ensure smooth adoption of tools and processes, with a focus on enabling sales effectiveness through knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
- ⢠The person in this role will develop expertise in Autodeskās sales processes, tools, and policies, gain experience in change management and training delivery, enhance presentation and facilitation skills, and contribute to process optimization and innovation while building cross-functional collaboration abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠BA, BS, or equivalent experience
- ⢠3+ years of sales/support or similar experience
- ⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
- ⢠Highly organized with a proven ability to get the job done
- ⢠Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, MS Teams
- ⢠Detail-oriented, multitasker, comfortable in a fluid, ever-changing environment

- ⢠Competitive base salary range of $85,300 to $147,180 for U.S.-based roles, with potential to exceed based on experience and location
