- • As a GTM Systems Admin (Support) at Harvey AI Inc., you will own and evolve the Customer Success and Support infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration between Zendesk, CS platforms, and the broader technology stack to deliver a unified customer experience.
- • Day to day, you will implement and configure Zendesk (ticket routing, views, triggers, automations, macros, SLA policies, agent workspace), support and optimize CS platforms like Catalyst, integrate systems with CRM and product data, build reporting dashboards, troubleshoot issues, manage permissions, document configurations, and partner with Support, CS, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
