- • As a GTM Systems Analyst at Laurel Technologies, you will own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the go-to-market tech stack, serving as the connective tissue that ensures clean data flow and reliable integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- • You will administer Salesforce as the system of record, manage integrations with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and Spiff, enforce data hygiene standards, troubleshoot system issues, and build documentation and training resources to enable team adoption.
- • You will partner with RevOps and AI Operations to execute the GTM systems roadmap, translate business requirements into technical builds, and stay ahead of AI-native tooling opportunities to enhance Laurel’s GTM motion.
- • Laurel Technologies is an AI Time platform transforming how professional services firms capture, analyze, and optimize time using proprietary machine learning, serving top accounting and law firms while processing over 1 billion work activities annually.
- • You will gain deep expertise in scaling GTM systems in a high-growth SaaS environment, build ownership over mission-critical infrastructure, and directly enable AI-driven automation and intelligence in go-to-market operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment, including ownership of a Salesforce instance.
- • Deep Salesforce fluency with custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- • Hands-on experience with GTM stack tools such as Outreach, Gong, Clay, Nooks, Spiff, or similar platforms, with ability to learn and own new tools quickly.
- • Integration fluency: understanding data flow between systems, diagnosing sync issues, and building reliable multi-tool automations.
- • Obsessive about data quality: proactive in identifying and fixing data inaccuracies to ensure trustworthy downstream AI and analytics.
- • Strong documentation habits: creating and maintaining runbooks, playbooks, and training resources for team enablement.
